  • Comfortable seating: Optional chair nearby in case you need to sit during the experience
  • Stable internet: Required for initial setup and optional cloud features

Installation & Setup

Download the App

Visit the app store for your VR platform and download the Akashic VR Navigator app.

Takes about 2-3 minutes depending on your internet speed

Create Your Account

Launch the app and create an account using your email. Your insights will be securely saved to this account.

We only collect the minimum data needed—your privacy is sacred to us

Complete Initial Setup

Follow the in-app setup wizard to calibrate your headset, test audio levels, and ensure Guardian boundaries are set for safety.

This usually takes 5-10 minutes

Choose Your First Meditation

Browse beginner-friendly guided meditations. We recommend starting with "Welcome to Your Records" (20 minutes) for first-time users.

Begin Your Experience

Put on your headset, find a comfortable standing or sitting position, and let the guided meditation lead you into your Akashic records.

Set an Intention

Before you begin, have a clear intention or question you'd like to explore. This helps focus your meditation and creates a powerful connection to your records.

Let Go of Expectations

Everyone's experience is unique. Don't judge your meditation—insights may come as visions, words, feelings, or profound silence. All are valid.

Journal Afterward

The in-app journaling feature helps you process and remember insights. Write whatever comes to mind—no editing needed.

Practice Regularly

Like meditation, accessing your records deepens with practice. We recommend weekly sessions to build a consistent connection.

Treat your meditation time as sacred. Minimize distractions, wear comfortable clothes, and give yourself permission to fully engage.
